The Deigert family has operated their Roto-Rooter franchise in Monmouth County, New Jersey since 1981. Tammy Diegert is at the helm of the company now and when she first reached out to the team at Thump Local she was having several challenges. For one, her digital media strategy wasn’t optimized for the geographic footprint that encompassed her franchise agreement, so she was losing-out on potential customers.
